Located on Main Street in historic Sandy, Utah my private practice in a quaint historic building built in the early 1900s. 

I strive to provide a therapeutic relationship that is compassionate, interpersonal, empathetic, and inclusive creating a space conducive to working through both internal and external conflict.  I place personal emphasis on facilitating an environment of learning, healing, and growth.   

We will work together to identify what may be hindering your ability to engage in life to the fullest extent you desire. You are more than what has happened to you or is happening to you. 

Life is a journey we are all on and I feel honored in the opportunity I have to hold space for and guide people through theirs. This journey requires we care for all aspects of our being physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. True healing and connected living can only happen when we are caring for and developing the whole self.
